Flowwrite

Terms of service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Flowwrite. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use Flowwrite. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your writing

Your notes are yours. You keep all rights to what you write, including the suggestions you choose to keep. We only use your notes to store them and show them to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Suggestions

Suggestions are written by an AI model and can be wrong, off-topic or repetitive. Read what you keep; you’re responsible for what you publish or send.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a daily allowance of suggestions. Writer costs $10 a month or $96 a year, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; it stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record: your receipts come from Stripe, and it handles sales tax and VAT. If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@flowwrite.ai. We’ll tell you before a price changes.

Invites: when an account made through your invite link writes on 3 different days, you each get one month of Writer, as credit on your next bill if you pay, otherwise as free time. Inviting yourself, or accounts made only to earn months, earns nothing.

Fair use

Don’t use Flowwrite to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or get around the service’s limits, for example with scripts that request suggestions automatically. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Flowwrite running and your notes safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees. Export notes you can’t afford to lose.

Leaving

You can stop using Flowwrite at any time. Delete account in Settings closes your account and deletes your notes and everything else we keep about you.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before the change takes effect.
